1. Agreement to Terms

By submitting a contact form, requesting a quote, or making a payment to Opbela ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Opbela provides website design and development services for local businesses. Our standard service includes:

  • Custom responsive website design and development (up to 10 pages unless otherwise agreed)
  • Mobile-first, SEO-optimized code structure
  • Google Maps integration and contact form setup
  • One (1) round of revisions after initial delivery
  • 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes

The exact scope of each project is confirmed in writing before payment is made. Any work outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees, discussed in advance.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service in addition to ours. Our payment terms are as follows:

  • Payment is due in full prior to commencement of design work, unless a separate payment schedule is agreed in writing.
  • All prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise.
  • Invoices are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
  • Work does not begin until payment is confirmed by Stripe.

4. Revision Policy

Each project includes one (1) round of revisions after the initial delivered website. A "revision" is defined as changes to existing content, colors, layout, or wording — not a complete redesign. Additional rounds of revisions beyond the included one can be requested and will be quoted separately. Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with the final result.

5. Refund Policy

Full refunds are available within 48 hours of payment if no design work has commenced. Once design work has begun, refunds will not be issued. However, we commit to revising the website until you are satisfied with the result within the agreed project scope. Please review our full Refund Policy for complete details.

6. Client Responsibilities

To deliver your website on time, we require:

  • Timely provision of content, images, and any required business information
  • Timely feedback and approval at agreed revision stages
  • Designation of a single point of contact for communication

Delays caused by the client (e.g., delayed content delivery or feedback) may result in an extension of the delivery timeline. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by client inaction.

7. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the completed website design, including all associated files and code. Opbela retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

8. No Guarantee of Results

We build websites that follow SEO best practices and are optimized for performance. However, we make no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, traffic levels, revenue increases, or any other specific business outcomes. Search engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opbela shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may seek resolution through applicable consumer protection laws or mediation services in the jurisdiction where Opbela operates.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to binding arbitration.
