Full refund: Available within 48 hours of payment if design work has not started. No refund: Once design work has begun — but we commit to revising until you are completely satisfied within the project scope.
1. Overview
At Opbela, we take client satisfaction seriously. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which a refund may be issued for website design and development services. Payment is processed via Stripe and subject to their processing terms.
2. Full Refund — Eligible Conditions
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- You request a refund within 48 hours of payment
- Design work has not yet commenced
- You notify us via email at contact@Opbela.site
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer and bank. Stripe's processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount in some cases.
3. No Refund — Ineligible Conditions
Refunds will not be issued in any of the following circumstances:
- Design work has already begun (even if not delivered)
- More than 48 hours have passed since payment
- The project is partially or fully complete
- You have already approved the design mockup
4. Our Commitment — Revisions Until Satisfied
Once design work has begun, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to delivering a website you are genuinely happy with. Every project includes one (1) round of revisions after initial delivery. If you have concerns about the delivered site, we will work with you to address them within the agreed project scope.
Our goal is a 5-star result. If there is ever a quality issue or something does not match the agreed brief, we take full responsibility and will correct it.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence to Stripe of the services rendered. We always prefer to resolve disputes directly and encourage you to contact us first at contact@Opbela.site.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at contact@Opbela.site with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Business Name]". Include your name, the date of payment, and the reason for the refund request. We will respond within 2 business days.
